Dario Elia Tosi is a lecturer in Comparative Public Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Turin. After completing a doctorate in comparative public law at the University of Siena, he taught at the University of the Aosta Valley. Researcher and visiting professor in several European universities, mainly in France and Spain, he is specialized in the study of constitutional systems of government, issues related to the process of European integration and fundamental rights (in particular, the protection of minority communities).
