Diffusion of publications in social sciences and humanities
The Diffusion department ensures the diffusion and distribution of a catalog of more than 30 000 references in social sciences and humanities, offered by 50 academic publishers. Each year, it promotes nearly 700 new books and journals to general and specialized bookstores, cultural operators, online sales sites and libraries.
Audiovisual dissemination of research
Since 2015, the FMSH develops the audiovisuel E-platform Canal-U, which is the national platform for audiovisual resources of higher education and research. Open to all knowledge-producing institutions wishing to disseminate and promote their video and podcast, Canal-U offers privileged access to French and Francophone scientific audiovisual production.
The Foundation's encounters
Each year, the FMSH organizes or hosts more than 50 workshops, conferences, and seminars on major social issues. For the scientific community as well as for a wide audience, the programming aims to promote ideas and results in humanities and social sciences and to encourage the encounter between HSS sciences and citizens
