Supervisory Board
The Supervisory Board appoints the members of the Executive Board, which leads the Foundation and serves as a controlling body.
Executive Board
The Executive Board implements the strategic directions and makes operational decisions regarding the functioning and management of the institution.
Scientific Advisory Board
The Scientific Council provides its opinion on scientific and international policies, and issues proposals and recommendations on the initiatives and projects implemented.
Executive Management Committee
The Executive Management Committee is the Foundation’s operational management body. Under the authority of the Executive Board, it implements the institution’s strategy and oversees its operational delivery.
Ethics committee
The ethics committee issues opinions and recommendations on the definition and implementation of an ethical policy that respects the values and identity of the FMSH.
Finance and Compensation Committee
The Finance and Compensation Committee is responsible for the preparation and execution of the Foundation's budget.
