A. R. Chisholm Professor of French at the University of Melbourne, Véronique Duché-Gavet has published many articles on French Renaissance literature and edited several 16th century novels. She directed the first volume of the Histoire des Traductions en Langue Française. xve et xvie siècles (1470-1610) (Paris, Verdier, 2015).
