Oksana Mikheieva

Oksana Mikheieva is Professor of Sociology at the Ukrainian Catholic University (Lviv). In 2023–2024, she was a visiting researcher at the Centre for East European and International Studies (ZOiS) in Berlin. From 2020 to 2023, she held a DAAD Visiting Professorship at the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder), Germany. She was also a Visiting Professor in the Ukraine in European Dialogue programme at the Institute for Human Sciences (IWM, Vienna), and a Eugene and Daymel Shklar Research Fellow at the Ukrainian Research Institute of Harvard University. She has participated in more than twenty sociological research projects, including twelve as principal investigator.

Title: Young Ukrainian migrants forced to leave Ukraine for France: challenges of integration, future plans, and their vision of their own role in Ukraine’s post-war reconstruction
