Luis Alfredo Campos Medina is sociologist at the Universidad de Chile, with an MA and a PhD in Social Sciences and Sociology from the École des hautes études en sciences sociales (EHESS). He served as General Editor of Revista INVI - a peer-reviewed journal specializing in habitat and urban studies - from 2019 to 2023. Between 2023 and 2025, he directed the PhD program in Territory, Space, and Society at the University of Chile. He is currently the Director of Postgraduate Studies at the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism of the same institution.
