Craig Calhoun

Holder of the chair Cosmopolitism and Solidarity [2012-2018]

Craig Calhoun is Professor of Social Sciences at New York University and is the founding director of NYU’s Institute for Public Knowledge. He has also served as the president of the Social Science Research Council (SSRC) since 1999. He was appointed director of London School of Economics and Anthropology, which he joined in september 2012.
