Arafat Mamyrbekov

Arafat Mamyrbekov was born in Tarbagatai village of Semipalatinsk oblast in 1979. He graduated Almaty State University after named Abay. His first degree is Oriental studies, second degree is MA History, third one is Ph in History. He is associate Professor in the Department of Philosophy and Political Science of Faculty of History and Pedagogy of Shakarim State University Of Semey.
