Arafat Mamyrbekov

Arafat Mamyrbekov est né dans le village de Tarbagatai, dans l'oblast de Semipalatinsk, en 1979. Il est diplômé de l'Université d'État d'Almaty après avoir été nommé "Abay". Son premier diplôme concerne les études orientales, le deuxième degré est un Master en Histoire, le troisième est un doctorat en histoire. Il est professeur agrégé au Département de philosophie et de sciences politiques de la Faculté d'histoire et de pédagogie de l'Université d'État Shakarim de Semey.
