FMSH's score for 2024 is 100/100
Created in 2018, the professional equality index aims to measure the pay gap between women and men within the same company.
The Index is scored out of 100 points and is calculated, for companies with 50 to 250 employees, on the basis of 4 indicators.
For the year 2024, the percentage of female employees promoted in the year following their return from maternity leave cannot be calculated due to the absence of returns from maternity or adoption leave.
