FMSH Diffusion is strengthening its range of publications in legal studies and financial economics with the arrival of two new editors
IRJS éditions
The Sorbonne Institute for Legal Research (IRJS) was established in 2001. Its mission is to foster closer links between disciplines within the field of law and to play a part in the Europeanisation and globalisation of law. This involves not only pooling human, financial and documentary resources, but also developing interdisciplinary research, notably through its publishing arm, IRJS Éditions, which publishes theses, conference proceedings and essays on contemporary developments in law and legal education.
IRJS Éditions was originally established to provide a platform for the work of researchers from the various departments specialising in private and public law at the Sorbonne Institute for Legal Research. Since then, its publishing remit has expanded to include work from other fields. Today, its catalogue is organised into six series and also includes the Revue Juridique de la Sorbonne.
La Revue d’économie financière
Founded in 1987, the Revue d’économie financière (REF), published by the AEFR (Association Europe-Finances-Régulations), publishes four issues a year. Its objectives are:
to serve as a forum for dialogue between academics, researchers and professionals in the finance and banking sectors,
to help stimulate the discussion and reflection essential to the cohesion of the finance and banking profession.
The REF covers all topics relating to financial economics in the broadest sense: banking economics, corporate finance, market finance, financial history, monetary policy, international finance…
The world of finance is now largely globalised. This is why the journal places particular emphasis on addressing international themes and encouraging increasing participation from foreign authors. Similarly, whenever the subject matter lends itself to it, it publishes an English version.
