Finance and Compensation Committee

Chaired by one of the members of the supervisory board, the Finance and Compensation Committee is responsible for preparating and implementing the Foundation's budget. It is also responsible for transmitting all information concerning the budget and accounts to the Supervisory Board.

It meets five times a year to prepare the budget and close the accounts.

President of the University of Picardie Jules Verne

Mohammed Benlahsen is President of the University Picardie Jules Verne (UPJV) since 2016. He has also chaired the A2U Alliance since 2020 and the Presses Universitaires du Septentrion since 2022.

Mohammed Benlahsen has been a member of the ANR Board of Directors since 2020. From 2018 to 2021, he was also appointed member of the "Rare Disciplines" Steering Committee and of the National Action Plan to Improve French Participation in European Research and Innovation Funding Schemes (PAPFE). From 2018 to 2020, Mohammed Benlahsen was also Chairman of the ANCRE Alliance and a member of the ATHENA Alliance Board.

Professor of physics and member of the Laboratoire de Physique de la Matière Condensée (LPMC) since 1994, his work focuses on disorder in carbonaceous materials.

Mohammed BENLAHSEN is Vice-Chairman of the FMSH Supervisory Board and a member of the college of qualified personalities

Antonin Cohen est professeur des universités en science politique à l’Université Paris Nanterre, au sein de l’UFR Droit et Science Politique et de l’Institut des Sciences Sociales du Politique du CNRS.

Auparavant, Antonin Cohen a exercé à l’Université de Princeton, l’Université d’Oxford, la London School of Economics and Political Science, l’Université de Picardie Jules Verne et l’Université de Rennes 1. Depuis 2016, il est conseiller scientifique auprès de la Direction générale de l’enseignement supérieur et de l’insertion professionnelle (DGESIP), au sein de laquelle il a plus particulièrement suivi le Campus Condorcet et les alliances européennes. Représentant de la DGESIP au sein du conseil d’administration de l’EPCC, de l’EHESS, et de l’EPHE, Antonin Cohen est également membre élu du conseil d’administration de la COMUE Université Paris Lumières et membre du comité directeur du GIS Euro-Lab.

Titulaire d’un doctorat en science politique de l’Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, Antonin Cohen mène ses recherches sur l’institutionnalisation du champ du pouvoir transnational européen au XXe siècle.
