Marie Schnitzler

Marie Schnitzler is an anthropologist. Her PhD thesis defended in 2017 at the University of Liege (Belgium) offers an ethnographic perspective on the ordinary life of people with disabilities in a Coloured township of South Africa. Later, she was engaged for one year at the University of Brest (France) to explore the experience of ageing for people with disabilities living in Brittany. Currently, she is affiliated to the University of Liege and the University of Bordeaux (France).
