Dhaou Bsissa in a Tunisian historian with special research interests in the History of Muslim Judicial Institution on modern and Contemporary Tunisian society. He is currently a researcher at the National Archives of Tunisia and He is interests are in the history and anthropology of Muslim societies in Maghreb , with a strong emphasis on the study of Islamic legal texts.
