Holder of a Ph.D in History of International Relations obtained at the University of Ngaoundéré in Cameroon in 2010, Mr. Sambo Armel has been teaching since 2009 at the University of Maroua. In 2011, he was the laureate of the Africa Climate Change Adaptation Fellowship Programs (ACCFP) and in 2018 the winner of the Research Initiatives for The Construction of Meaning (MRI) grant competitions of the Council for the Development of Social Science Research in Africa (CODESRIA).
Armel Sambo is currently a Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Arts, Letters and Human Sciences (FALSH) of the University of Maroua in Cameroon.
