Second conference by Yawei Liu on the topic: China’s Elections, History of Its Failed Quest for Political Reform and the Role of The Carter Center

Could there be a political reform and democratization in China? What possible paths could be taken? Specialists and the public often ask these questions, which will become crucial in the future for China but also very important for the world of tomorrow.

As part of the seminars led by Professor Lun ZHANG on contemporary China for many years, we are organizing this conference by inviting a renowned specialist from China to attempt to provide answers to these questions: Yawei Liu.

The conference is co-organized by the Agora of CY Cergy-Paris University and will be delivered in english.
