Dr. K.M. Joshi is currently Professor of Economics of Higher Education at the Maharaja Krishnakumarsinhji Bhavnagar University, Bhavnagar, India. He is recipient of 8 distinguished international fellowships including the Asia Fellows Award and Hermes Fellowship. His areas of research include Privatization of Higher Education, Higher Education Reforms and Sociology of Higher Education.
