Rebeca Grangeiro
Invited Researcher of DEA Programme Stay in France: from January 10th to February 18th, 2022


Rebeca Grangeiro is a research professor at the Federal University of Cariri (UFCA), Brazil, since 2009. She defended her thesis in Occupational Psychology in 2015. Since 2018, her work has focused on women in high-level positions in organizations, especially universities and startups, in Brazil and France. The objectives of this research are to understand the professional trajectories of these women and to analyze their personal and professional profiles.
