Fabrizio d'Avenia

After a master’s degree at the University of Palermo, Fabrizio D’Avenia got a PhD in Early Modern History at the University of Catania, and then a Post Ph.D. Research Grant at the University of Palermo. The research topic was the Order of Malta and the evolution of nobility status in Early Modern Sicily. From 2002 he is assistant professor of Early Modern History at the University of Palermo. In 2013 he joined the Laboratorio de Estudios Judeoconversos (LEJ) of the University of Córdoba.
