Soulèvements sociaux. Destructions et expérience sensible de la violence
Discover the "socio" review Soulèvements sociaux. Destructions et expérience sensible de la violence directed by Pauline Hachette et Romain Huëton, published on March 2022 in the Éditions de la MSH.
Since 2010, large-scale protests have been taking place in many national contexts. Although they refer to specific situations and political issues, there are shared experiences and concordant narratives. To the classic argumentative resources (fight against precariousness, injustice, economic inequalities, etc.) is added a claim to the enlargement of the orientations of living, of the forms of life, in short to an existential transformation of the ways of being. This return of the cultural register, possibly romantic, in the political scene questions as much from the point of view of what it says of our time as in its capacity to trace a future, perspectives in the organization of the world and in the overcoming of the capitalist contingencies.
