International Network on the Evaluation of Criminal Policies

While the prevention of recidivism is one of the central purposes of criminal justice, the first goal of the EVA-3PR network is to contribute to the dissemination of good practices pertaining to programme evaluation and the evaluation of criminal justice policies. Its second goal is to promote evidence-based practices relative to the prevention of reoffending and rehabilitation, while questioning their rationale and implications. Structured around three main areas, the EVA-3PR international network will bring together approximately forty members (researchers and early career researchers, practitioners, and civil society stakeholders, as well as decision-makers) from six countries (France, Canada, Belgium, UK, Israel, and Switzerland).
