Renting space at the Maison Suger

Since its creation, Maison Suger has been seen as a hub of social exchange, fostering the sharing of approaches, methods, and knowledge. Every year, some 200 researchers cross paths within its walls. Paving the way for cross-sectional discussion, Maison Suger offers the opportunity to confront interdisciplinary issues and encourage collaboration.

Every year, the Maison Suger hosts scientific meetings and offers rental spaces for meetings, seminars, workshops, conferences, book presentations, etc.

The Maison Suger has two meeting rooms available, Monday to Friday, 9am to 9pm:

Large meeting room

• Capacity: 20 to 25 people for meetings, up to 50 people for conferences*
• Access to the kitchen, breakfast area and lounge**
• Technical equipment: videoconferencing, microphones, Wifi, etc.***
• Logistical equipment: tables, chairs, armchairs, coffee table, lectern, etc.***

Rates | Half day: €300 - Full day: €500 - More than €400 per day

Small meeting room

• Capacity: 8 to 10 people in meeting format
• Access to kitchen, breakfast area and lounge
• Technical equipment (videoconferencing, Wifi, etc.)

Rates | Half day: €100 - Full day: €200 - More than €100 per day

* Handling and setting up the large conference room: €50
** Lunch on site, use of kitchen and lunch area (rate includes handling and cleaning of premises): €50
*** Included in room rent
