Presentation of the project

"Attempts to induce voters to change their minds on how to cast their votes are common across the globe and come in many guises. I report on my recent and ongoing work investigating how and why voters can be manipulated. I report on experimental studies using fake news, slanted information and moralizing campaigns to manipulate voter attitudes on diverse issues ranging from immigration to animal welfare in Austria, Switzerland and the UK. I also report on an ongoing project on how to fight rampant vote buying in Southern India."
