Coïncider avec soi
The ‘In the intimacy of research’ cycle invites you to a meeting on ‘Coinciding with oneself’, focusing on regressive hypnosis and psychotherapeutic and analytical techniques.

In India, the practice of the latter questions developments in the contemporary conception of the individual in a society where his or her place is subordinated to the whole. Anne Gagnant de Weck, author of Un Divan à Delhi. Psychothérapie et individualisme dans l'Inde contemporaine (ENS Éditions), and Emmanuel Grimaud, author of Metavertigo, vertiges de l'humain augmenté par ses vies intérieures (La Découverte), will address this highly topical issue in the company of Caterina Guenzi.

The speakers
  • Anne Gagnant de Weck has a doctorate in sociology and is a teacher and scientific assistant for the Fayard publishing house.
  • Emmanuel Grimaud is an anthropologist and director of research at the CNRS.
  • Caterina Guenzi is an anthropologist, lecturer at the EHESS and researcher at the Centre for Indian and South Asian Studies (CNRS / EHESS).
