Andreea Ștefan

Curator at the National Museum of Romanian History, Andreea Ştefan holds a doctorate in classical philology from the University of Bucharest (2013). Her career includes a training in history (license 2006) with that of Greek philologist. Her research interests include the circulation of the Greek book in Romanian space, translations of ancient / modern Greek into Romanian, stoicism and his modern reception in Greek and Romanian. She participated in international conferences in Venice, Turin, Bari, Bucharest etc. She was visiting researcher or associate at the Romanian Academy in Rome, the French School of Athens, Hardt Foundation (Geneva), New Europe College (Bucharest).
