Ana Honcu is an Early Career Researcher in the field of ancient history. She dedicated her university studies to Greek and Latin epigraphy, and also to archeology. Beginning with the BA and MA, most of work were linked to social history and involved epigraphic investigation as main research method. Holding of a doctoral thesis on a topic of edilitary phenomenon, with a dominant approach on the provincial social element in Dacia and Moesia Inferior, she decided to expand her skills in order to study exhaustively this subject, focusing her attention on a new territory, namely the north of the Black Sea.
