Viktor Dimitriev

Viktor Dimitriev, Ph.D., associate professor at the Higher School of Economics in St. Petersburg and research assistant at the Institute of Russian Literature (Pushkin House). He defended his thesis on Russian émigré literature of the interwar decades in the terms of memory studies. And he also specializes in Dostoevsky's poetics and is involved in the preparation of a new academic Complete Works of Dostoevsky. Dealing primarily with comparative studies, Viktor Dimitriev pays great attention to the influence of philosophy on literature.
