After a master's degree and a thesis in Russian philology at the Lomonosov University of Moscow, Galina Durinova teaches literature at the Department of Linguistics and Comparative Literatures at the National Research University "School of Advanced Studies in Economics" (EHESE) of Saint PETERSBOURG. Co-author of the lecture course "Key Texts of Russian and European Literature" in the Bachelor's degree program "Philology", she notably directs the seminar "Poet and Power" devoted to the relations between Russian poetry of the 19th century and the political power of the imperial period.
