Laureate of the Atlas Programme Stay in France: from September 3, 2018 to November 26, 2018
Elima Karalaeva holds a PhD in Politics from the University of Exeter. Currently, she is an Associate Professor at the School of Entrepreneurship and Business Administration in the American University of Central Asia. In this capacity she teaches a number of economic and business courses within bachelor and master programs. Elima also graduated with Master of Public Affairs in Public Finance and Policy Analysis from the School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University – Bloomington.
