Asel Doolotkeldieva has a PhD in political science and is an associate researcher at the OSCE (Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe) in Bishkek. After completing part of her studies in France, Asel defended her thesis on the origins of social mobilizations in Kyrgyzstan at the University of Exeter in 2016.
