Gilles Lhuilier's speech at the UN

On February, 21st, Professor Lhuilier gave a speech at the ONU-Geneva in order to propose an amendment to the text "extra-territorial obligations" of the General Comment No. 24 of the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights.
