The development of new information technologies and new forms of mass media are profoundly altering social relations. The research chair studies the interaction between information and communication technologies and social processes, focusing on the networks created from a multicultural and multi-local perspective. Two projects were carried out on the crises in Europe and on alternative economies within dominant systems.
