Rachel Black

Chercheuse invitée 2021 du programme DEA

Rachel Black est professeure agrégée d'anthropologie au Connecticut College. Elle est titulaire d'un doctorat en anthropologie de l'Università degli Studi di Torino et a été chercheuse postdoctorale à l'Università di Scienze Gastronomiche en Italie. Auparavant, elle était directrice d'un programme d'études supérieures en alimentation à l'Université de Boston. Les recherches de Rachel Black sont axées sur les études alimentaire. Elle a exploré des sujets tels que l'inégalité des sexes dans les cuisines françaises professionnelles, la construction sociale du vin naturel et le patrimoine culturel des marchés en plein air en Italie.
