Jennifer Kahn

Biographie

Jennifer G. Kahn a obtenu son doctorat en anthropologie de l'Université de Californie à Berkeley en 2005. Elle a ensuite été chercheuse postdoctorante à l'Université du Queensland, après quoi elle a été anthropologue associée au Bishop Museum à Honolulu, Hawaï. Elle occupe actuellement le poste de professeure asociée au Collège de William et Mary (Virginie, États-Unis). Au cours des 24 dernières années, Jenny a mené des recherches archéologiques sur le terrain en Polynésie et en Mélanésie, travaillant sur les îles hawaïennes, les îles de la Société, les îles Marquises, les îles Gambier et la Nouvelle-Calédonie. Elle a reçu le prestigieux Rising Star Award du Virginia State Council of Higher Education en 2016.
