Anna Brytek-Matera est professeure agrégée, chef de l'unité de psychologie nutritionnelle, chef du laboratoire EAT (laboratoire du comportement alimentaire) à l'Institut de psychologie de l'Université de Wroclaw. Conférencière invitée dans des universités étrangères (par exemple, l'Université de Stanford). Auteure de plus de 110 publications. Membre du comité de rédaction : BMC Psychiatry, Eating and Weight Disorders, Journal of Health Psychology, Nutrients. Rédactrice invitée de Psychology of Eating: Understanding of Eating Behaviors (IJERPH).
