Selin Kara

Selin Kara is a historian of science with a focus on Ottoman history and currently working as a visiting researcher at École Pratique des Hautes Études - Université PSL (Funded by Ambassade de France en Turquie and The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey). She holds two bachelor’s degrees in both philosophy and sociology (double major) as well as a master’s degree in history of science from Ankara University. Since 2015, she has been working as a research assistant at Aksaray University, Turkey.
