Dilnur Reyhan holds a doctorate in sociology. She teaches at the National Institute of Oriental Languages and Civilizations (Inalco) and Ecole des Mines-Télécom, and she is editor of the bilingual magazine Regard sur les Uighur-e-s. His field of research is mainly identity and nationalism in the Uyghur diaspora, but also gender studies among the Uyghurs.
